The Pennsylvania Appellate Court Case Management System (PACMS) is an integrated case management and docketing system for the chambers and filing offices of Pennsylvania’s three appellate courts. Public appellate court docket sheets are available on the AOPC’s web portal. The application was installed in each of the three appellate courts as a distributed application in the fall of 2000 and serves approximately 450 users. In July of 2009, a new updated PACMS application was implemented using current technology similar to AOPC’s other statewide systems. Additional enhancements are planned in 2010, including e-filing, and the introduction of an ERMS.
