Directions to the Pennsylvania Judicial Center

Visitors to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania may park in the Seventh Street Garage at 7th and Forster Streets (directly off the State Street bridge). Upon exiting the garage, proceed west on Forster Street and turn left on Commonwealth Avenue. Proceed one half block to the public entrance of the Pennsylvania Judicial Center on the left. After passing through security, Commonwealth Court visitors should use the atrium elevators to the left of the reception desk. The filing office is on the second floor.
