Comments and Inquiries

To report a problem or submit comments about the judicial system, submit the form below or mail them to Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts.

The Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) functions as the managerial and ministerial arm of the Pennsylvania Judiciary. In accordance with Pennsylvania Rule of Judicial Administration No. 505(13), the AOPC receives comments and complaints from the public relating to the Unified Judicial System.

To the extent possible, the AOPC will honor requests to keep comments confidential, however the nature of the comments received may necessitate their referral to other agencies or court personnel. The AOPC is not authorized to provide legal representation or advice to the public, conduct legal research or intervene on behalf of an individual in any judicial proceeding. The AOPC cannot comment or respond to public comments and opinions about court decisions or cases.

Complaints about Judges and Attorneys

• If you have a complaint about a judge, the Pennsylvania Constitution grants the Judicial Conduct Board the authority to investigate those complaints.
• If you have a complaint against a lawyer, the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is charged with investigating those complaints.
• If your attorney, who is licensed in Pennsylvania, has misappropriated money or property that was received on your behalf as the client, you may wish to contact the Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security.
