Chief Justice of Pennsylvania Reacts to the Death of Former Pa Supreme Court Justice Sandra Schultz Newman

Chief Justice of Pennsylvania Debra Todd honored the life and legacy of retired Justice Sandra Schultz Newman following her passing earlier this week. 

Justice Newman was elected to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania in 1993 and in 1995, successfully ran for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, becoming the first woman ever elected to the state's highest court. She retired from the Court in 2006.
