DUI Courts are dedicated to changing the behavior of DUI offenders.
The goal of the DUI Courts is to protect public safety using a highly successful court model to process cases of eligible defendants. It has gained national and local support from the National Highways Safety Institute and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
The objective of the accreditation process is to assess a problem solving court's adherence to the 10 Key Components of Drug Courts, which are the nationally recognized framework for program operation.
