Supreme Court Suspends Philadelphia Traffic Court Judges

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today indefinitely suspended three judges who presided over Philadelphia Traffic Court cases, following their federal indictments on ticket-fixing charges.


In separate orders issued today, Traffic Court Judges Michael Sullivan and Michael Lowry; and Mark Bruno, a Chester County magisterial district court judge who occasionally hears traffic court cases, were relieved of all judicial and administrative duties without pay pending further action by the Supreme Court.
