Commonwealth Court Voter ID hearing continues today

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania today is continuing its consideration of a challenge to Pennsylvania’s voter/photo ID law (Act 18 of 2012).
The 1 p.m. hearing is open to the public and being conducted by Judge Bernard L. McGinley who has issued a decorum order for the proceeding. Many case filings in the matter can be found on this website under the heading, Cases of Special Interest.
