Pennsylvania Interpreter Dashboard (PAID)

The Interpreter Dashboard is a secure web application, created in summer of 2022, which allows Language Access Coordinators in the district courts to create encounters and service offers to PA rostered interpreters, facilitating the scheduling process down to just a couple of clicks. Interpreters can opt to receive email and/or SMS notifications about offers and can easily accept (or decline) interpreting jobs using either a cell phone or a computer. The application was created at the request of the Judiciary and Judicial districts and interpreters have been using it with positive results. PAID is available only to interpreters listed on the PA Roster.
