Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces Memorial Service for Chief Justice Max Baer

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Max Baer will be honored and remembered on Tuesday, Oct 4, at 10 a.m. during a public memorial service at Duquesne University.

Baer died this weekend at his home near Pittsburgh. He was 74 years old. Chief Justice Baer leaves behind his wife, two children and five grandchildren.

The services will be available via livestream. Link and further information will provided as soon as it is available. In addition, a video pool feed will be available for press. No additional cameras (still or video) will be permitted inside the facility. A media staging area will be established outside of the Power Center with details to follow.
