Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille met with the managing editor and news staff of Al Día NewsMedia at their Philadelphia office recently. A guest of Al Dia’s CEO Roundtable, a forum with leaders of business, government and other community organizations, the Chief Justice discussed Pennsylvania’s court system and issues confronting it and of interest to Al Día’s readers.

He also talked about his life and career path leading to the position of Chief Justice of Pennsylvania, including a bit of family genealogical research which traces his paternal family tree to the Isle of Menorca, off the coast of Spain.

Al Día delivers media including a printed newspaper, digital web, mobile and social media to nearly 90 percent of the Hispanic audience in the southeastern part of the state.
