Development Contract for Family Court Cancelled

PHILADELPHIA, May 26, 2010 - The First Judicial District has cancelled a contract with Northwest 15th Street Associates for the interim pre-development funding of a new Philadelphia Family Court building. The contract and payments made to Northwest and to a co-developer, Deilwydd Property Group, are currently under review. Northwest 15th Street Associates is controlled by developer Donald W. Pulver. Deilwydd Property Group is controlled by Jeffrey B. Rotwitt, a lawyer with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel who served as "tenant representative" for the First Judicial District on the Family Court project.
