Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces Appointment to Juvenile Court Rules Committee

HARRISBURG, February 15, 2006 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of George D. Mosee Jr., Esq., to the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee. Mosee, of Philadelphia, was appointed to a term that expires Feb. 1, 2009. The Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee is an advisory body to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania that is responsible for examining and evaluating the rules and standards governing juvenile dependency and delinquency procedure and practice. The committee is comprised of nine members and one ex-officio member who serve terms of three years. Members may serve a maximum of two full terms.
