Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces Appointment of Juvenile Court Rules Committee Member

HARRISBURG, July 29, 2005 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of Mark R. Zimmer, Esq., to the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee. Zimmer, of Wayne County, was appointed to a term that expires Feb. 1, 2009. The Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee is an advisory body to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania that is responsible for examining and evaluating the rules and standards governing juvenile dependency and delinquency procedure and practice. The committee is comprised of nine members and one ex-officio member who serve terms of three years. Members may serve a maximum of two full terms.
