Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces Appointment to the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee

HARRISBURG, November 18, 2004 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of Cynthia K. Stoltz, Esq., to the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee. Stoltz, of Allegheny County, was appointed to a three-year term. The Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee is an advisory body to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania that is responsible for examining and evaluating the rules and standards governing juvenile dependency and delinquency procedure and practice. The committee is comprised of nine members and one ex-officio member who serve terms of three years. Members may serve a maximum of two full terms.
