Pennsylvania Supreme Court Announces Changes on the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee

HARRISBURG, January 29, 2004 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of one new member to the Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee, and the reappointment of two current members. The Hon. Abram Frank Reynolds, Philadelphia and Jason P. Kutulakis, Esq., Cumberland County each was reappointed to three-year terms, beginning February 1, 2004. Frank P. Cervone, Esq., Philadelphia, a new member, was appointed for a three-year term, also beginning Feb. 1, 2004. The Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee is an advisory body to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania that is responsible for examining and evaluating the rules and standards governing juvenile dependency and delinquency procedure and practice. The committee is comprised of nine members and one ex-officio member who serve terms of three years. Members may serve a maximum of three full terms.
