Pennsylvania Supreme Court Appoints O’Keefe to the Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee

HARRISBURG, January 10, 2001 — The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania today announced the appointment of the Honorable Joseph D. O’Keefe, of Philadelphia, to the Orphans’ Court Procedural Rules Committee. The seven-member committee reviews current rules governing statewide practice and procedure in the orphans' court, recommending new rules as necessary. The committee also responds to questions from the bench, bar and public. O’Keefe was appointed to serve the remaining unexpired term of the Honorable Jane Cutler Greenspan that expires December 31, 2001.
