In light of the Supreme Court’s Order in In Re: Petitions for Review Challenging the Final 2021 Legislative Reapportionment Plan (Pa., No. 569 Judicial Administration Docket, filed March 16, 2022), objections involving the nomination petitions of candidates for the Pennsylvania General Assembly and State Party Committees for the 2022 General Primary Election must be decided on an expedited basis. Accordingly, this page contains copies of all objection petitions related to these positions that have been filed with the Commonwealth Court.
